Intensive Driving Courses

Intensive Driving Courses across Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth, Scunthorpe, Barton On Humber, Lincoln and Gainsborough

Q: What is an Intensive Course?

A) An intensive course is a course to enable the pupil to pass their driving test in as short a time as possible. (the time being subject to such things as pupil availability and test dates availability) 2-4 weeks is not an uncommon length of time.

Q: Who does an Intensive Driving Course suit?

A) An intensive course is not for the fainthearted as you may have to spend quite a long period of time in the car at any one time,(possibly 3 hours upwards and daily) The pupil needs to be quite flexible with their time.

The pupil needs to have passed their Theory test in order to be able to book a driving test

Where possible intensive courses are tailored to each individual pupil

Q: How much does it cost?

A) As all our courses are individually tailored to each pupil the price varies depending on the amount of tuition a pupil requires

We normally do an assessment lesson in order to give you a guide line

Intensive driving courses have to be paid for on day one of the course.

At Rapid Pass we pride ourselves on trying to be as friendly as possible and this includes prices. Paying for a course on day one will put intensive work out of the reach of some pupils so at Rapid Pass we offer semi-intensive driving courses

Semi Intensive Driving Courses

Q: What is a Semi-Intensive Course?

A) A Semi-Intensive course is a course normally run over 4-10 weeks depending on the amount of tuition required, it is suitable to a much wider range of pupils. So the course in most cases can be done around work, college and family commitments. it works in a similar way to the intensive course the main difference is a pupils lesson will be of 90 minute duration taken 3-6 times a week this allows for more flexibility.

Pass rates on our semi-intensive driving courses are normally higher, In our opinion due to the pupil having less pressure and smaller periods of time in the car

Q: Who does a semi-intensive driving course suit

A) Pupils who feel that long periods in the car would be too much. Pupils with other commitments i.e. family, work, college. Pupils who still have to pass their theory test.

As you can see it enables more pupils to achieve a driving licence much quicker

Q: How does it work?

A) The pupil pays weekly paying only for tuition covered in that week, i.e. if the pupil does 4 x 90 minute lessons in one week (they pay for 4 x 90 minute lessons) or if the pupil has 3 x 90 minute lessons in another week (they pay for 3 x 90 minute lessons).

Paying only for the tuition you do as and when you do the tuition

This means the pupil only pays for the tuition that they need
